5当面的责备强如背地的爱情. 6朋友加的伤痕出於忠诚；仇敌连连亲嘴却是多余。

5 あからさまに 責めるのは， ひそかに 愛するのにまさる． 6憎む 者がくちづけしてもてなすよりは， 愛する 者が 傷つけるほうが 眞實である．

Better is open rebuke than hidden love. Wounds from a friend can be trusted, but an enemy multiplies kisses.
