01Gen0101 [LLM0101] In The Beginning (The Creation)
Genesis 1-2:3, 개역한글성경


Do you ever look up at the clouds, or the stars at night, and wonder where they came from?  Our Bible tells us that before there was anything, there was God.  God does not have a mother or a father, because he always was there, and he always will be there.  In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was empty and without form, and it was dark everywhere.  God moved and said "Let there be light" and there was light. Not the sun or the moon, but light, then he separated light  from the darkness, and there was evening and morning, and that was the first day. 


Day 2    

The second day God said "Let there be a sky in the middle of the water", and he separated the water above the sky from the water below the sky, and God called the sky Heaven.  And there was evening and morning, and that was the second day.


Day 3   

The third day God said "Let the water under the sky be gathered together in one place, and let the dry land appear" and it was so.  And God called the dry land, Earth, and the water he called Seas: and God saw that it was good.  And God sad "Let the earth bring forth grass, and trees, and fruit".  and the seeds were in the fruit, and God saw that it was good. And there was evening and morning, and that was the third day.


Day 4    

The fourth day God said "Let there be lights in the sky to separated day from night, for signs, for seasons, for days, and for years,  and to give light on the earth:" and it was so.  And God made two great lights; the great light to rule the day, and this is the sun, and the less light to rule the night, and this is the moon, and he also made the stars.  And God put them in the sky to give light on the earth, to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness.  God saw that it was good, and there was evening and morning, the fourth day.


Day 5   

And God said, "Let the waters bring forth many moving creatures that have life, and birds that fly above the earth in the sky of heaven.  And God created great whales, and every living creature that moves.  The waters brought them forth in great numbers, and the birds multiplied in the earth. And there was evening and morning, and that was the fifth day.


Day 6    

And God said, "Let the earth bring forth living creatures after their kind, cattle, creeping things, and beasts" and it was so.  And God made the beasts after their kind, the cattle after their kind, and every thing that creeps after its kind, and God saw that it was good.  And God said "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have power over the fish in the sea, over the birds in the air, and over the cattle, and over the earth, and over everything that creeps on the earth.  So God created man in his image, he created male and female, and he blessed them and said to them "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and tame it, and have power over the fish, the birds, and everything that moves on earth".  And God said "I have given you ever plant with seed which is on the earth, and every tree with fruit that gives seed, to you it shall be for meat.  And to every beast, to every bird and to every creeping thing which is alive, I give the plants to eat" and it was so.  And God saw everything he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening and morning, and that was the sixth day.


Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and everything in them.  And on the seventh day God ended his work and he rested from all the work he had made.  And he blessed the seventh day, and made it a holy day,, because that was the day he rested from all his work.

Memory Verse: In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
