Q. 9. What is the work of creation?

A. The work of creation is, God’s making all things of nothing, by the word of his power,[24] in the space of six days, and all very good.[25]


[24] 말씀으로 지으시고

Genesis 1:1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. (창1:1 태초에 하나님이 천지를 창조하시니라

Psalm 33:6, 9. By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.... For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. (시33:6 여호와의 말씀으로 하늘이 지음이 되었으며 그 만상이 그 입 기운으로 이루었도다

Hebrews 11:3. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (히11:3 믿음으로 모든 세계가 하나님의 말씀으로 지어진 줄을 우리가 아나니 보이는 것은 나타난 것으로 말미암아 된것이 아니니

[25] 모두가 선한 것

Genesis 1:31. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (창1:31 하나님이 그 지으신 모든 것을 보시니 보시기에 심히 좋았더라 저녁이 되며 아침이 되니 이는 여섯째 날이니라


문9.  창조하신 일이 무엇인가 ?

답. 창조하신 일은 하나님께서 엿새 동안 아무것도 없는 중에서 그 권능의 말씀으로써 만물을 지으신 일인데 다 매우 선합니다.
