Q. 7. What are the decrees of God?


A. The decrees of God are, his eternal purpose, according to the counsel of his will, whereby, for his own glory, he hath foreordained whatsoever comes to pass.[22]



[22] 영원한 경륜과 미리 작정하심


Psalm 33:11. The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations. (시33:11 여호와의 도모는 영영히 서고 그 심사는 대대에 이르리로다


Isaiah 14:24. The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand: (사14:24 만군의 여호와께서 맹세하여 가라사대 나의 생각한 것이 반드시 되며 나의 경영한 것이 반드시 이루리라 


Acts 2:23. Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: (행2:23 그가 하나님의 정하신 뜻과 미리 아신대로 내어준바 되었거늘 너희가 법 없는 자들의 손을 빌어 못 박아 죽였으나 


Ephesians 1:11-12. In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. (엡1:11-12 모든 일을 그 마음의 원대로 역사하시는 자의 뜻을 따라 우리가 예정을 입어 그 안에서 기업이 되었으니 이는 그리스도 안에서 전부터 바라던 우리로 그의 영광의 찬송이 되게 하려 하심이라



문7.  하나님의 예정이 무엇인가 ?


답. 하나님의 예정은 그 뜻대로 하신 영원한 경륜이신데 이로 말미암아 자기의 영광을 위하여 모든 되어가는 일을 미리 작정하신 것이다.
