Q. 84. What doth every sin deserve?

A. Every sin deserveth God’s wrath and curse, both in this life, and that which is to come.[175]


[175] Matthew 25:41. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (마25:41또 왼편에 있는 자들에게 이르시되 저주를 받은 자들아 나를 떠나 마귀와 그 사자들을 위하여 예비된 영영한 불에 들어가라

Galatians 3:10. For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. (갈3:10 무릇 율법 행위에 속한 자들은 저주 아래 있나니 기록된바 누구든지 율법 책에 기록된대로 온갖 일을 항상 행하지 아니하는 자는 저주 아래 있는 자라 하였음이라  

Ephesians 5:6. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. (엡5:6  누구든지 헛된 말로 너희를 속이지 못하게 하라 이를 인하여 하나님의 진노가 불순종의 아들들에게 임하나니 

James 2:10. For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. (약2:10누구든지 온 율법을 지키다가 그 하나에 거치면 모두 범한 자가 되나니 


문84. 범한 죄마다 마땅히 받을 보응이 무엇인가 ?

답. 범한 죄마다 마땅히 받을 보응은 이 세상과 오는 세상에서 하나님의 진노와 저주다.

      (1) 금생 내생에서 벌을 받음 (마 25:41 , 롬 6:23 , 갈 3:10 )

      (2) 하나님의 진노와 저주를 받음 (신 28:15 , 롬 1:18 , 약 2:10 )
